Abstract

Carcinoid breast tumor is a rare, infrequent entity, whose clinical description was made by Cubilla and Woodruff in 1977. Its correct histogenetic interpretation is still under analysis, as well as its treatment.
The authors report two clinical cases of patients with breast carcinoid tumors, detailing the clinical presentation, histology and treatment.
