Resumo

O tumor carcinoide do peito é uma entidade rara e pouco freqüente, cuja descrição clínica foi feita por Cubilla e Woodruff em 1977. Sua correta interpretação histogenética ainda está em análise, assim como seu tratamento.
Os autores relatam dois casos clínicos de pacientes com tumores carcinoides da mama, detalhando a apresentação clínica, histologia e tratamento.
