Ischemic stroke of the basilar vertebral basilar in young people

We analyzed 2 clinical cases of ischemic stroke of the vertebrobasilar territory in young patients. In both cases, vertebral artery dissection was confirmed, one by angiography and the other by angioresonance. Clinical, etiopathogenic, diagnostic and treatment considerations are made.
