Abstract

As we celebrate the 25th anniversary of the magazine Salud Militar, it is important for us to remember it because we owe its existence in part to Colonel Enrique Blas dos Santos.

It is not his administrative functions that motivate this tribute, but his devotion to preserve the historical heritage of the institution and to promote cultural projects for the benefit of all the officers of the Service and even their families.
