Thyroid storm triggered by pre-eclampsia is rare. It is important to reach a diagnosis and early treatment because in the event of a delay it has shown high morbidity and mortality for the maternal-fetal binomial.
We report the case of a hyperthyroid patient in the third trimester of her pregnancy undergoing a thyroid storm triggered by severe pre-eclampsia. Pregnancy interruption is performed, and specific treatment of the triggering factor and the thyroid storm. Good evolution afterwards.
