I have read the article by Dr. Anela de Armas "Ischemic stroke of the vertebrobasilar territory in young people" (1).
It is a clinical case of great interest because it is an infrequent but extremely serious pathology. In her In general, these dissections are spontaneous or secondary to trauma". And she highlighted the the contribution of the technology currently available for the early diagnosis of this entity, with its consequent impact on the impact on better clinical management and chances of treatment.
