Abstract

The constant technological advances and the development of knowledge drive organizational change, especially in health organizations. The main objective of this work is to analyze a planned change through an informatization system that allows a better management and administration of the resources available to the organization, through the maximum optimization of the flow of information, which will allow a better and faster decision making at all levels of the organization. As an organization, the Health organization of the Armed Forces, as an organization, is no stranger to the problems brought about by the accelerated changes of our time.
